Snow's kiss, the promise of the moon
They say: this winter will end soon
Ghost of the sun haunts a cold blue sky
Light left my eyes when you said goodbye

Winter's bite, Wind claws the hands that once held yours 
Such a fate, to lose you 'ere I could have enough
I recall, every word told every kiss I stole
Your last breath, is the prison that now holds my soul

2. Autumn Wind

One autumn day when the wind told of lands faraway
Of kingdoms to the north where the snow fell every day
Of princes of the south sea, 
Of far north and south where the sun shone all night long 

Over the mountains and through valleys; howl
Take me away from here
Blow into a dragon's lair, ride the waves with serpents
Wind's got noone to fear 

3. Whispers of the Muse

I have met her 
in a dream I had 
twenty springs ago
and every night since then

she is timeless
with fair blonde hair
as tall as I am
eyes as warm as her smile

sometimes she runs
and I have to chase
through the scenes of my
wild and endless dreams

sometimes she sings
songs that I would write
words that I would say
when I wake up next day

To see my dreamborn muse
I sleep with an excuse
I despise the ssun
And morning with all my heart

Let us clasp our hands together,
Let us interlock our fingers;
Let us sing a cheerful measure,
Let us use our best endeavors,
While our dear ones hearken to us,
And our loved ones are instructed,
While the young are standing round us,
Of the rising generation,
Let them learn the words of magic,
And recall our songs and legends,
Of the belt of Väinämöinen,
Of the forge of Ilmarinen,
And of Kaukomieli's sword-point,
And of Joukahainen's crossbow:
Of the utmost bounds of Pohja,
And of Kalevala's wide heathlands.

Nightfall Slumber's call
To a world Where She still lives
Sun Never rise Let me dream
And Be with her

I'll wait for sun's death
And the light of moon to glow
And save my last breath
To repeat a poem I know

All days are nights to see till I see thee,
And nights bright days when dreams do show thee me.

She dreamed of an other land
Where the moon sang a song of sorrow
She dreamed of the only man
Who would walk and she would follow
She dreamed of another heart
That could hear the colors she could see
Then she could just play her part
Until life ends and sets them free

Sun had gone, and the dusk was late
The song of sorrow, played an endless tune
Faraway, there's a girl I want to hold
The light of day's death paints her eyes in gold

Autumn wind, take me there where trees are nomore crying
Rain that falls, take the leaves and flow away from here
